SimpleRAN-C A First European Showcase

The SimpleRAN project was showcased for the first time at a European level during the EUCNC & 6G Summit, 03rd to 06th June 2025, in Poznan (Poland), a key event in the field of next-generation networks.

The main objective of this participation was to raise awareness of the SimpleRAN initiative among institutional, industrial, and academic stakeholders across Europe, highlighting its values of openness, transparency, and technological sovereignty.

At our booth, we presented the project’s architecture, its partners, use cases, and early results. This visibility allowed us to establish new contacts, spark discussions around open standards, and position SimpleRAN as a credible and practical alternative to closed models that dominate the telecom industry.

Participation in this summit marks an important milestone in the international outreach of the project, with the ambition to grow the SimpleRAN community and encourage the adoption of interoperable solutions at the European scale.
